Annual data released about the gender pay gap
Since April 2017, employers with 250 or more colleagues, including StepChange Debt Charity, have been required by law to publish the pay gap between the men and women they employ.
The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of all the men and women working in an organisation. This is irrespective of their role or seniority. As such, it provides a broad indication of how well organisations are seeking to achieve gender equality.
In this section, you can read all the annual gender pay gap reports published by StepChange.
Our gender pay gap information can also be found alongside other organisations on the government's website.
