We look at your income, spending and debts to create your budget. At the end of your debt advice session, we recommend ways to deal with your debts. You then select your solution and find out what to do next and then you get your ‘personal action plan’. Where can I find my login? Whether we are helping you online or over the phone, we will invite you to log in to our online debt advice service. You would have had an email from us titled 'Account Activation'. If you can’t find your login or you are not sure if you have one: Check your junk mail for emails from us. Log in here if you want to: Track the progress of your DMP Update your personal details Complete a budget review Please be aware: You can only log in here if you are on a debt management plan (DMP) with us. A DMP is a plan where you make monthly payments to us, based on what you can afford. We then share that fairly among the people you owe. How do I know if I am on a DMP? You would have had an email or letter confirming your DMP is live. This will be titled 'Your debt management plan'. It tells you: What date your plan is starting How much you will be paying each month I know I am on a DMP. Where can I find my login? We sent you a password by post. You can find this in the letter, in a box on the top, right-hand side. You will also need your client reference number to log in. You can find this in any letters or emails we have sent you. It will be seven digits long, such as ‘1234567’ If your password does not work, or if you cannot find it: Click on ‘Log in to Online DMP’ On the next page, in the login area, choose ‘Forgotten your password?’ Enter your client reference number and your email address. This will be the email address you used when you signed up for debt advice and where we send emails to You can also use this to set up your password if it is the first time you are logging in
