Can I make a DMP payment now?
You can make a payment with your debit card over the phone by calling us on 0300 303 5300. Our opening hours are Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm.
I don’t have enough money to make a DMP payment. What should I do?
We can arrange a reduced payment if something unexpected happens and you are unable to make the full DMP payment this month.
No matter what your chosen method of payment is, if you do not have enough money to pay this month call us straight away.
If you cannot make your normal payment, you must call us at least three working days before we are due to collect it from your account. This gives us enough time to stop the money being requested from your account.
