“I’d like to take this opportunity thank our current Director of Risk and Compliance, Ian Phillips, who will be leaving the charity in June. During his time at StepChange, Ian has driven forward our Risk Framework and ensured we are well placed to deliver Consumer Duty for our clients.
Alex Pitcher added:
“I’m proud to be joining StepChange and looking forward to contributing to the great work that this charity does, particularly at a time when so many people are increasingly in need of free debt advice and support with their finances. I’m joining a dedicated team which is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for clients struggling with problem debt, and I’m confident that as we implement the Consumer Duty we will go even further to put the needs of clients at the heart of everything that we do.”
