Dealing with debt is hard. And if you have added physical, mental or emotional needs, it can make debt even more of a worry.

  • You are living with a mental health condition, making it difficult to talk about the people you owe money to
  • You are at risk of harm or abuse if it is known you are getting debt help
  • You have sight impairments and find that letters with a standard sized wording are not easy to read
  • You have a terminal illness and cannot focus on dealing with debt

  • We offer full debt advice online, with webchat to support, if you find it hard to talk on the phone
  • If an organisation can help you better than we can, we will recommend them. Where we can, we will introduce them to you
  • We have a specialist team available to support you if you have additional needs
  • We can stop post from coming to your home if you do not want people to know you are getting debt help
  • We may be able to send communications to you in other formats that work better for you
