As part of our aim to help more people who need debt advice, we've made it quicker and easier for partner organisations to make a referral with our Easy Referral Form.
They’ll receive a link to our debt advice tool and can start their session straight away or at a time that suits them. If they need additional support, they can still call us, or use web chat to talk to an advisor.
To maximise engagement, we've developed a gentle follow-up communications strategy if the customer doesn't complete their debt advice session.
