Partnerships and innovation

Vulnerability Strategy of the Year – Credit Strategy Awards
This award recognises our compassionate and effective approach to identifying and supporting customers with complex needs, for example those with a serious health condition. The award recognises that our support for vulnerable clients goes beyond what is required of us by law, and that we proactively work with other companies to improve support for vulnerable customers.

Vulnerability Leader of the Year Bronze Award (Paula Searle) – Vulnerability Gala, Credit Strategy
Our colleague Paula was recognised for her outstanding work leading our efforts to improve our service for vulnerable customers, including supporting clients who are victims of illegal money lending and introducing our British Sign Language service to support clients with hearing difficulties.

Our organisation

Bronze Award for Operational Leadership – UK National Contact Centre Awards
Our Operations team attended the UK National Contact Centre Awards for the very first time in the charity's history in 2024. They were honoured with a Bronze award for 'Operations Leadership team of the year' recognising the work they delivered in the previous twelve months improving colleague engagement, and refining processes across the operational area.

Outstanding Workplace Award – People Insight
For the second year running, we earned People Insight’s ‘Outstanding Workplace Award’. This is awarded to workplaces in the upper quartile of People Insight’s annual survey results and recognises the investment we make in creating a welcoming and inclusive space for our colleagues.
