How do I log in to OnlineDMP?

To access OnlineDMP you need your:

Password

Don't worry if you do not know your password. Click 'Forgotten your password' or 'Not logged in before'.

Client reference number

You can find this on the covering letter of your personal action plan and in any letters or emails we sent you.

This is an extra security check. We need to confirm your details are the same as the client reference number you enter.

This should work even if you have used OnlineDMP before.

First, check your junk folder. The email may be there.

Double check which email you set up your account with if you do not see it.

    • Make sure your income and spending are up to date
    • You can review your budget any time online
    • Contact us if you need help
  • Manage how you make payments:
    • You can set up Direct Debit payments online
    • There is no need to call us
  • Read and save copies of your statements: 
    • Keep track of your progress
    • Download and print your monthly statements
  • Add, update and remove payments to the companies you owe money to:
    • Log in and add new details if a debt collection agency takes over you debt
    • We will get in touch with them and start sending them payments
  • Manage your account settings:
    • You can change your log in, contact details, and password at any time
